BELITE “Competitor” programming is designed to increase your performance in the CrossFit Games Open. We understand that the landscape for competing in CrossFit is ever-changing and we adapt to keep up with those changes.
At the elite level, in any sport, the little details can make a big difference. Each night you will receive an email from our coaching staff with specific instructions of how to attack the next day’s training. Also included are video links, coaching tips, motivational words of encouragement and a personal feel that set us apart from the rest.
You can expect to train Monday-Wednesday, and Friday-Saturday, with rest days on Thursday and Sunday. Each session will last approximately 2-3 hours. Our “Class” programming is built into this the majority of the time (sometimes a more advanced version), so it’s a great way for competitive athletes to still have a community with the rest of the members in a gym.
