BELITE class programming is designed to be utilized in a gym setting with the coach-led class in mind. Workouts are Monday-Friday with Saturdays and Sundays used as rest days. This is classic CrossFit with a few twists.

Workouts are designed to work in a gym setting with classes of a few people to classes of 30+. Some workouts will be partner, or team, workouts, but all can be done as an individual. These workouts can also be done at home in a garage gym without a coach.

Each workout lines up with our “Competitor” program, so you can keep your gym community together. This means that your everyday gym member gets to do a version of the same workout as your competitive athletes. This is a great way to build community and inspire each other to be better!
